when is your next class?

what is the class fee?
The class fee is $120 per person, which includes a light refreshment at the coffee/tea break time. (We’ll be working hard!)
how do i register?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the number of spots you wish to reserve. If spots are available, you will be notified via email. You can then confirm your spot by making payment for the class fee through e transfer or check.
i can’t make the current class date. what are the future class dates?
Class dates are released every 1-2 months. If you would like to join the “1st to Know” wait list, please email email@example.com. The “1st to Know” list will be notified via email about new class dates.
what can i expect in class?
The class accommodates maximum 8 people split into 4 work stations (ie. 2 to a station). Making macarons can be tricky, so we do the entire process twice. This ensures that each person will be able to experience every step of the method. There is a short break in between the batches when a light refreshment (courtesy of the Brown Butter Cafe, yum!) will be served and the macarons are baking in the oven. We will also make 1 buttercream filling.
what to bring to class
Everything is provided for you, from equipment to ingredients. The only thing you may bring is your apron, if you like to work with one.
what do i get to take home?
Each person will take home 1-2 dozen macarons of various colors and flavors. Asides from the 1 buttercream filling made in class, I will have prepared several other fillings with which to fill the class macarons with. That way, your macarons will be of 5-6 different flavors.
A group of 4-8 may request a private class. Location can be provided, or you may host the class. All equipment & materials will be brought to you; however, the host will need to supply the oven(s) and the space. The class fee would be $110 per person and would not include any refreshments/coffee. Every group has different needs so I’ll be glad to help put together a class that suits your occasion. Macarons are made out of egg whites, almonds, and sugar. In the class, we will be handling these ingredients as well as many others. If you have any food allergies, please inquire in advance of registration to ensure the class would be suitable for you.
